IWM Legal Services Ltd.

The company was formed some two years ago, when it merged with an existing will writing company with an excellent reputation, Independent Will Makers (UK) Ltd.

Independent Will Makers was started in 1993 and one of its founder members Mike Maunder created niche group of will writers whose aim was to provide their clients with excellent service and high quality documentation.

Mike has retired now, his legacy to will writing is the high standard of will writers that he trained and the excellent work that he carried out on the PerfectWill will drafting software.

Many of the will writers that he trained and assisted, now form the back bone of IWM Legal Services Ltd.

IWM Legal Services are keen to continue with the high standards that Mike established and members must agree to attend regular meetings and undergo training.

To protect clients IWM facilitate a £2,000,000 Professional Indemnity Insurance. In addition any person wishing to become a member must also join the Institute of Professional Will Writers and take and pass an examination in their first year.
